We collect your name and phone number through out callback form. This information is stored on a secure email server and is only accessible to NJ Legal Services. We do not sell any information to third parties.

Our main contact form, on the contact us page, collects your name, phone number, email address and a personal message. This information is stored on a secure email server and is only accessible to NJ Legal Services. We do not sell any information to third parties. This information may be shared between our partners, for services which require specialists from firms we work with.

  • Online Wills Form

Our Online Wills Form collects several items of personal data, including your contact details, and details of family members, friends and other related persons. This form includes the option to upload 2 items of identification. This information, and any related attachments, is stored on a secure email server and is only accessible to NJ Legal Services. We do not sell any information to third parties.

Cookies

If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

If you have an account and you log in to this site, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

We keep information for your case record, and for work we have been instructed to complete on your request. Information that is not being used would be removed from our systems. We retain your data as long as it is in use, or required. This tends to be around 7 years for legal items.

What rights you have over your data

If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
