Will Writing Services
It is important to have a Will in place so that you can direct your chosen representatives, also known as ‘Executors’, to carry out your wishes and pass on your Assets to the people that you choose.
When Intestacy Laws come into force, this will take much longer and because of the added complications of this being dealt with by a legal representative, not of your choosing, this will cost much more money to resolve.
Why do I need a Will?
Many people over look this, but the simple fact is you will have given your family and friends much more difficulty, stress and expense by not leaving a structured Will in place.
If you want to ensure that your assets pass to the people of your choice and not leave things to chance everyone should have something in place even if it is straight forward. See our other legal services.
We offer a free, no obligation consultation at a time to suit you, to discuss your needs.
You can always email us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org with any questions you have about our services.

Nigel Johnson has been extremely helpful, honest, thoughtful with my personal details & thoroughly professional with regards to our Will. Along with other details I felt totally at ease & he has come across as extremely trustworthy, & really cared about us. He has made me feel like I’m his only Client, so thank you so much Nigel for caring enough to deal with us.

Free Consultation to Discuss your Will
Without a Will in place, intestacy law dictates what happens to the Assets in the Will. The outcome is dependant on the situation – we can advise you what could happen if you don’t have a Will and you want to pass on Assets. A Will professionally put together will provide the legal document required to ensure that money, assets and possessions pass to family or friends of your choice.
NJ Legal Services offer a no obligation visit in the comfort of your own home at a time to suit you – discuss in confidence precisely what you would like to achieve. We will be able to help explain the procedures and give the advice based on your situation. Whilst you can still make all of the necessary decisions.
There is no additional charge for this home visit, all home visits are free. Previous clients have said that they find this more relaxed and convenient. Without the need to travel to city centre offices and commit to a certain time.

Richard Greasley – We were recommended by a friend to use Nigel and the service has been fantastic. We had a virtual meeting to discuss our requirements and then within a few days the Wills were typed up by Nigel for me and my Wife to review. Would highly recommend and use for other needs in the future.
Martin Y – Excellent service. Nigel provides all the information required in a professional and patient way. Would highly recommend him.
Catherine Hicks – I contacted Nigel during the pandemic so all our discussions had to be held over the telephone. He was very professional, friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Any questions I needed to ask were answered quickly. I could recommend him for his services to anyone who may be interested.
Mr Fred Spencer – A friend of mine sent me the document written by Nigel, which was mainly about reducing the care fees that may be charged by our local council if either myself, or my wife needed to go into care. I found the document to be very informative and easy to understand. I then decided to talk to Nigel about what we may need to do in terms of our own Estate planning. Within minutes of talking to Nigel, he made me feel that he really had our interests at heart and he gave me quite a bit of free advice. As a result of this advice, we decided to commission NJ Legal Services to draw up new wills for us both and to change the ownership details of our property with the Land Registry. I would not hesitate to recommend NJ Legal Services and obviously, Nigel in particular, to friends and family. A truly easy and friendly experience.
