Wills

It is important to have a will in place so that you can direct your chosen personal representatives also known as Executors to carry out your wishes and pass on your Assets to the people that you choose. Without this then to die without a will in place is called to die intestate, and intestacy law dictates that not only will Assets pass according to a given structure and not of your choosing.

This will take much longer and because of the added complications of this being dealt with by a legal person not of your choosing this will cost much more money to resolve.

Many people over look this but the simple fact is you will have given your family and friends much more difficulty, stress and expense by not leaving a structured will in place.
